About Us

The Michael Artisan Bakery story began in 2015, with two loaves of bread baked in the home oven and a clear vision: to bring back the authentic taste of naturally leavened bread, without additives and without preservatives.

Out of love for artisanal bread and thanks to the trust of consumers, our products can today be found in over 250 stores and hypermarkets in Bucharest, Ilfov and Craiova.

We bake healthy bread daily, hand-kneaded, slowly leavened with natural sourdough and carefully baked in the hearth, just like it used to be done in the past. Every step – from the selection of flours and seeds to the final baking – is carefully supervised by our team of artisan bakers.
