Refund policy

Michael Artisan Bakery products are freshly made perishable food items. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of perishable products, except in the following cases:

- the product was delivered incorrectly;

- the product was damaged during transport.

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at contact@michaelbakery.ro or by phone at +40 765 671 511.
We will replace the product or issue a refund for its value.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the error is caused by Michael Artisan Bakery.
