We deliver it freshly baked and ready sliced, exactly as it should be. The secret to enjoying it fresh for weeks is simple: put the loaves you are not eating straight away into the freezer, still in their original bag.

When you want a slice, take out only what you need. You have two equally good options:
Drop the slices into the toaster while still frozen and in 2 minutes you have a warm slice with a soft crumb and a crisp crust, or simply leave them on the counter for a few hours to thaw naturally.

That way you can order several loaves at once, qualify for free delivery, and never worry about waste. Honestly, this is exactly what I do with the bread at home.
