Patience and Natural Sourdough: The Secret to Easily Digestible Bread

Michael breads are made from dough leavened exclusively with sourdough. Our sourdough is 100% natural, fed daily by our bakers with water and flour. Due to the slow fermentation process, a large part of the gluten is pre-digested. Thus, the bread becomes much easier to tolerate for the stomach, eliminating the feeling of bloating. Our breads have a low glycemic index, making them an excellent, safe, and fulfilling choice for people monitoring their blood sugar levels or following strict diets. A completely natural product, made only from water, flour, and salt.
